Sporty’s Toy Club is a private membership club dedicated exclusively to
providing recreational toys to our members for their enjoyment. Sporty’s
features the latest models in recreational toys, including: Boats, RVs, Wave
Runners, ATVs, Motor Homes and More! Most importantly, at Sporty’s all you do is
play! Sporty’s eliminates the expense & hassle of ownership by managing all
storage costs, insurance, repairs, maintenance fees, registration and taxes!

What does membership in the Club offer?
Sporty’s Toy Club Membership provides your family or business with the means
whereby to enjoy year round recreation activities based primarily in line with
the use of motor sports equipment.
What equipment is offered by Sporty’s Toy Club?
The Club offers: Sea Doo, Top of the line sport and utility All Terrain Vehicles
(ATV), Motorcycles, family deck boats and wakeboard Boats, and also easy to use
and comfortable Motor Homes.
Does the Club provide the needed accessories for use?
Yes, the Club does provide safety accessories to members such as helmets, life
vests and gear needed for use. These accessories are made available variably
based upon the membership purchased.
How Many Memberships are available in the Club?
Membership into the Club is limited, that way the members are able to maximize
the equipment that is available.
How old do members need to be in order to operate the equipment?
All Members must be at least 21 years of age. Members checking out and driving
RVs must be at least 25 years of age. All Members driving the ATV's, personal
watercraft and boats must hold a valid drivers license. Those guests of a member
who fall under the state age requirements for a driver's license must obtain an
Operator's Certificate for each type of Toy they wish to drive.
Does the Club provide training on the equipment?
The Club provides an overview of equipment operation at check-out, and can refer
Members to state certification courses. Members are also invited to get involved
in each of the clubs training courses including on-the-water training for the
water toys, tips on backing up trailers and other helpful courses.
When can I check equipment in and out?
Sporty’s Toy Club members may pick up the reserved vehicles or equipment at 9:00
am of the first day of their reservation period, except Sundays which is by
appointment only. With a 24 hour advance notice, a reserved item may be picked
up as late as 7pm on Friday, or as early as 7am on Saturday. During pick up
please allow up to 45 minutes for orientation. We value our member’s time;
however orientation is required on all items and conducted on a first come
basis.
All vehicles and equipment are to be returned between the hours of 9am and 5pm
on the day of scheduled return, except Sundays which is by appointment only.
There is NO GRACE period for scheduled returns. Please be considerate to other
member’s reservations and return all items as scheduled. Members who fail to
return items on time are subject to penalties and fines, which will be strictly
enforced.
Mid week users may pick up on Monday after 3pm or between the hours of 9am and
5pm on the day of scheduled pick up.
A Sporty’s representative will assist the Member with connecting and
disconnecting the trailer, and will also review the condition of all equipment
during sign out and return. No storage, no maintenance, no hassles!
What are the levels of membership available?
Sporty’s Toy Club offers several membership levels. Memberships are customized
to our members needs and usage. The “All In” membership gives members access to
everything the club has to offer, or simply join for the access into just the
type of equipment you choose, such as only a Boat or only a Motor Home.
Will inventory always be available for use?
The Club maintains enough equipment to assure our members availability the
majority of the time. However, there are peak periods when access is limited.
The Club has a specific schedule that adds equipment as membership grows.
Are my reservations confirmed?
Yes. Once a reservation has been made using our on-line reservation system it
will be confirmed.
What makes my membership in the Club secure?
Sporty’s Toy Club has the resources to add vehicles and equipment to meet the
member’s needs.
Can members be assessed to cover any operating deficits?
No, just pay for the membership plan that best meets your needs. Additional fees
may be charges for use of new or never before offered special or performance
vehicles or equipment. This protects members from paying for high performance or
special inventory if they do not wish to use it.
Who is eligible to purchase a membership in the Club?
Membership in the Club will be offered to selected individuals, families and
businesses that are referred by current members. After candidates apply for
membership they are to be approved by the membership advisory board.
How do I become a member of Sporty’s Toy Club?
A new potential member submits a signed Membership Application, Background
Investgation Agreement and a non-refundable $250 fee for the required background
check (DMV & Criminal). When approved by the membership advisory board the
balance of membership fees become due in full. In the event your application is
not acted upon favorably, any membership deposit in excess of the $250
application fee will be fully refunded.
What are the membership terms?
Once a membership is activated it is continuous unless voluntarily surrendered
or terminated for cause. All memberships are maintained by a monthly dues
commitment. With some restrictions Members can sell their membership and opt out
of the monthly dues at anytime. However, the initial fee membership in
non-refundable.

Sporty’s Toy Club offers several standard Membership plans, or use the Custom
Flex which can be customized to your exact needs and maximize your value.
